- A senior member of the team leading Visa’s partnership with NAB, your extensive knowledge of payments combined with your commercial acumen, sales ability, and excellent communication and influencing skills will ensure strong revenue and profitability growth for Visa’s NAB partnership.
- You are an energetic high achiever who will be expected to effectively consult with, and positively influence, key executive stakeholders at NAB to grow their business through implementing Visa solutions and driving consistent strong performance of NAB’s Visa issuing portfolios.
- You have a passion for innovation and will manage complex organization structures to affect new business opportunities and assist NAB in solving its business challenges and customer pain points.
- You are a clear thinker who has the ability and proven track record to solve complex issues. Your analytics and business modelling skills along with your passion for the client and the payments industry more broadly will ensure you propose business solutions that are well-researched and grounded in NAB’s strategic priorities and overall business plans.
- You will readily and expertly develop strong relationships with important stakeholders at NAB and within Visa to build a trust platform for you, the team and Visa’s business.
- You will support the development of, and implement against, a strategic annual account plan.
- You will be driven to achieve objectives and key results such as Net Revenue, Sales and NPS while ensuring that NAB adopts Visa’s solutions and services.

- As a senior member of a NAB partnership team, reporting to the Head of the NAB Partnership, you will role model strategic and excellent client and sales management, as well as Visa’s Leadership Principles.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop, execute and achieve client plan objectives with specific client product, service, revenue and volume targets
- Development and execution of business strategies and business plans end-to-end
- Execution and overall governance management of initiatives that deliver revenue and profitability for Visa
- Establish and grow meaningful and constructive relationships with key client contacts
- Influence client preference for Visa through business solutions, Visa assets and Visa services
- Lead internal Visa support areas in response to specific clients requests and ensure delivery of risk, marketing, product, operations and innovation support
- Co-ordinate and present regular business and industry updates
- Support positive Client Satisfaction (NPS) results
- Develop individual business case justification for investment decisions and propose to both Country and Regional Management for approval.
- Become a trusted advisor to your key NAB contacts and foster a deep relationship which translates into sales results and delivers tangible value to the NAB and Visa partnership
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative high-achieving team culture (within the NAB and wider AUNZSP team)

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business and client needs.
**Qualifications**
Basic Qualifications
10 or more years of work experience and or with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications
12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
