**Position: Accounts Payable Officer**
**Location**:Truganina, VIC

**Job Type**: Monday
- Friday
**Starting Time**: ASAP
**Annual Salary**: $70,000 - $75,000 plus Super

**Responsibilities**:

- Timely and accurate processing of invoices
- Management of Accounts Payable Inbox
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding payments and invoices
- Processing of expenses and payments
- Accounts Payable data entry
- Daily/ weekly payment runs
- Reconciliation duties
- Working closely with the team/management to resolve any issues with payments or invoices
- Daily/Monthly Weekly reporting
- Ad hoc duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in accounts payable, ideally in the building industry
- Experience working with building subcontractors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and accounting software
- Ability to multitask and prioritise to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, motivated mindset, someone who thrives when working under pressure.
- Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work in the office full-time
