**About the Team**:
Bridging the gap between our suppliers, distribution centres and stores, our Supply Chain team works with thousands of trusted businesses every day. We work hard to make life easier, safer and more sustainable across our network, as well as maintain the availability and quality of our products for our customers.

We’re looking for an exceptional Admin Officer to join our team at the Laverton CDC.

**About the Role**

You’ll be responsible for providing efficient, effective and professional administrative support within the Distribution Centre to the Operations Team and Senior Leaders.

You will also:

- Organise events, manage uniform orders and support reward & recognition program across DC in collaboration with P&C
- Accurately process accounts payable
- Collate and distribute relevant information and reports within the team
- Ensure communications are planned and organised and they reach the intended DC audience

**About you and your skills**:
You will need:

- A strong administration background, ideally gained within a retail or distribution environment
- Previous accounts payable experience would be highly beneficial
- The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment across all levels of the organisation
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- A high level of proficiency with the Microsoft office suite (particularly Excel)
