**The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Front Office Coordinator who will coordinate the day-to-day front desk activities whilst interacting with our internal clients and external stakeholders within a professional environment. This role is to act as the first point of contact for guests of APRA and with all matters relating to reception while working closely with our Facilities team in the day to day workings of the APRA offices.

**The Team**

The Front Office Coordinator operates within the Property and Facilities team (PF) within APRA. This division is responsible for supporting the achievement of APRA’s corporate strategies, policies, and procedures.

**What your typical day will look like**:

- General reception duties including managing the switchboard, meeting and greeting visitors
- Management of the security access and processes for the office
- Be the initial contact point for less complex facilities enquiries and assist in the effective dissemination of administrative information.
- Assist your broader team in dealing with issues relating to the maintenance and property services

**About you**:

- Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise and comfortable working independently
- Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment, along with knowledge of Microsoft Office suites, Teams and SharePoint
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
- Exposure to an office setting, preferably working in a reception role
- Sense of initiative to be able to identify areas of administrative improvement and take ownership of processes
