**About the company**
Well established and iconic Australian organisation is looking for a Property/ Facilities Coordinator to join their Commercial Property team.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
Reporting to the Property Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for providing operational support and managing the administrative, and general customer service related tasks for a portfolio of commercial properties in your allocated region.
Duties include:
- Property & Facilities Management: organisation of preventative and reactive maintenance, administration of leases
- Customer Service & Administration: offering excellent customer service to internal volunteers and stakeholders, administering central maintenance management system, data entry
- Operational Reporting: providing accurate and timely reporting on business performance, researching and providing info on Crown Reserves
- Process Improvement: refining procedures and implementing across the team
**Skills & Experience**
To be successful in this role you will be a confident professional with:
- Experience in customer service, admin, or retail all highly relevant
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Strong computer skills
- Experience implementing processes and procedures a bonus
