**The Role**

The Transformation Program Lead will drive the NSW Ombudsman’s transformation program which includes a number of strategic projects identified in the Office’s refreshed Strategic Plan 2020-2025. Working closely with the Leadership Group, and the Organisational Project Support Unit, the Transformation Program Lead will take responsibility for the monitoring, governance, reporting and co-ordinating delivery of transformation activities across the NSW Ombudsman’s various operations.

- You are a collaborator and communicator. Your ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships will be key, as will your ability to negotiate, influence and relate to people at all levels of the organisation.
- You are results driven. You have proven ability to drive the achievement of projects and activities forming a whole-of-organisational transformation program.
- You are innovative. You can create and implement fit-for-purpose transformation program monitoring processes that are simple and easy to follow.
- You hold a qualification or equivalent experience in transformation and program/project management.
- You have minimum 5 years’ practical experience in senior transformation, program or project roles working on programs of work.
- You have proven ability to manage risk, issues and governance within a broad program of projects and activities.
