About us

Legal Aid NSW helps people with their legal problems. We can help people with most areas of criminal law, family law and every day civil law legal issues. We give legal advice, help at court and do family dispute resolution. We can do this over the telephone or at one of our 28 offices.

About you

We have an exciting career opportunity in our Human Resources team in Central Sydney as Manager, Learning and Organisational Development. 

As the Manager, Learning and Organisational Development you will lead organisation wide development strategies to enhance the leadership capabilities of managers and career development of all staff. You have superior communication and influencing skills to support our organisation in optimising our workforce capability and achieving strategic goals.

You will contribute to projects and strategies that support learning and organisational development including internal communications, event planning and training programs.

You are a highly motivated and experienced leader who thrives on the challenge of driving organisational change and capability development. You can balance strategic and operational responsibilities by being a strategic thinker who collaborates widely and leads with compassion.

You thrive on creating new and exciting initiatives that encourages learning and foster a culture that supports a sense of belonging and embraces diversity and inclusion.

We may use this recruitment to create a talent pool for similar ongoing or temporary vacancies we have over the next 18 months.

You must:
