**About the role.**:
Exciting Clerk Grade 5/6 opportunities currently exist within the Employee Relations team, and we are recruiting to immediately fill ongoing (permanent) and temporary vacancies, as well as create a talent pool which may be called upon to fill future ongoing and temporary roles at this level.

We are looking to fill multiple **Investigator** positions on an ongoing basis and an** Assistant Analyst **position** **on a temporary basis, upto 12 months.

**Investigator**

As an **Investigator**, you will conduct compliance activities under NSW legislation administered by New South Wales Employee Relations (NSWER). This includes participating in a team conducting major and/or complex investigations and undertaking targeted operations to ensure and improve compliance with relevant legislation.

**Assistant Analyst**

As an **Assistant Analyst,** you will undertake company and industry research to support and inform proactive/targeted compliance strategies, projects and initiatives. You will also provide guidance to assist in the determination of compliance targets and conduct basic research to identify relevant regulatory instruments.

- You will have a Certificate IV in Government (Investigations) or preparedness to undertake an identical or similar employer-sponsored program &/or tertiary qualification/experience in a research related field, such as industrial relations, business, social science

**Salary**:Clerk Grade 5/6. Package includes base salary ($89,707- $98,982) plus superannuation and leave loading.
