As a Divisional Recruitment Manager in the healthcare recruitment sector, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services and selling them to clients.

You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, while building and maintaining working relationships.

Key Responsibilities for the Divisional Recruitment Manager role:

- Sourcing new clients in the industry.
- Providing support for the company.
- Selling temp staff
- Keeping updated with industry developments and identifying new opportunities for the organisation.
- Maintaining and building working relationships with local communities to promote the excellent service.

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge for the Divisional Recruitment Manager role:

- Minimum of 2 years sales/ business development experience within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of hospitality services and industry regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients needs.
- Full Drivers License (or commutable to office).

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Commission

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 2 years (preferred)
- Business development: 2 years (preferred)
