Hydraulic Divisional Leader

Establish a new Hydraulic Division, driving internal services expansion and project delivery excellence. Collaborate with key stakeholders to set up and manage the division, overseeing operational performance and growth.
Estimated Salary: $150,000 + Super
About the Role
The Hydraulic Divisional Manager will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies for the new division, working closely with the Internal Services Manager and CEO. Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and leading the Hydraulic Division
- Overseeing operational performance and driving divisional growth and gross profit
- Coordinating design and project delivery, including site visits, scoping, problem-solving, and budgeting
- Managing safety requirements, implementing a WHS system, and conducting regular site inspections
- Preparing finance and progress reports, ensuring projects are on track for delivery and profitability
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Trade Certificate IV in Plumbing and Services or Trade Certificate III in Plumbing
- Plumbing Contractor Licence is essential
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the commercial Hydraulic industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
- Initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to work effectively under pressure
