**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Working with the luxury spirits brands, Hennessy, Belvedere, Glenmorangie, Ardbeg & Volcan De Mi Tierra, the Assistant Brand Manager - Spirits will assist in the development and implementation of the vision set for the brands and contribute to increasing market share.

This role supports the Brand Manager - Hennessy, Brand Manager - Belvedere, and Brand Manager - Whisky.
- Assist the Brand Manager in the preparation of the annual Brand Plan, with the implementation of the activation’s strategy and in all other aspects of brand management.
- Take a leading role on the briefing, planning and measurement of the brand’s owned media platforms.
- Be the brand gate keeper in supporting & assisting the Activation Managers and sales teams to deliver best in class activations in the trade
- Manage the launch of the brands value added packs, point of sale material
- Understand and manage all processes impacting the brand Advertising & Promotion control from creation of new vendors, compliance guidelines and IT tools.
- Regular analysis and review of all key indicators of performances
- Assist Brand Managers to review sales forecasting and promo pack inventory levels and provide recommendations for optimization at agreed intervals
- Work closely with sales and finance team, and with others Maison’s from LVMH Group too
- Work closely with customers, agencies and business associations too

To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and experience:

- Marketing Degree or Business Degree is preferred
- Previous marketing experience is essential, with at least 1 year in an Assistant Brand Management role
- Understanding of luxury brands and knowledges of spirits and wines industry is desirable
- Strong communication skills and an ability to build strong relationships
- Customer focus
- Exceptional time management skills
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Attention to detail
- Creative mindset
