**About the Role**

Leading beauty and skincare brand committed to creating high-quality, natural products, is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Assistant Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team in Sydney. As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall brand strategy and contributing to the growth and success of the company.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Assist in developing and executing the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and consumer insights.
- Collaborate with the Brand Manager to develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Work closely with cross
- functional teams such as product development, design, and supply chain to ensure timely and successful product launces.
- Assist in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling brand assets, such as advertising materials and promotional content.

**About you**
- 2+ years in a similar Brand or Marketing role
- Experience within the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry highly advantageous.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
