**Overview**
Sharp & Carter are proud to partner with this leading Australian fashion retailer in the search for an experienced and capable Assistant Brand Manager. As a digitally progressive business with a strong online platform, who also boast multiple retail locations across Australia, our client prides themselves on their quality designs and their commitment towards developing an innovative style.

**About the role**
The local brand marketing team are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join the team and help role out some exciting multi-channel campaigns for some of their major brands.

**_Key responsibilities_**
- Supporting the Brand Manager in managing the entire end to end brand strategy across ATL, BTL and Digital activities
- Contribute toward creating and setting the entire marketing mix using actionable insights for New Product Development, Packaging, Pricing and Promotion initiatives
- Assisting in building and nurturing and long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally across Quality Control, Insights and Innovation, NPD and agencies
- Help drive business growth and brand equity across all channels TV, radio, outdoor, press, digital, social and events

**What you need to be successful**
- 1+ years of experience working as a Marketing Coordinator or Assistant Brand Manager (ideally with a Fashion/ Retail business)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel / Office skills
