**About the Role**
An exciting opportunity is available for a Program Officer to join the Careers and Mentoring Program area within the Alumni Relations Shared Service team. Your key focus will be to deepen alumni engagement with the university and strengthen the sense of belonging to the alumni community.

Collectively there are four program areas that form the AR Service, which are responsible for the development and implementation of the University’s alumni relations strategy and implementation of alumni relations activities within the Advancement portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the implementation and delivery of student-alumni mentoring programs (pan-University and bespoke), including marketing, recruitment, training, enquiry management, insights, and reporting.
- Assisting with delivering alumni career initiatives and lifelong learning opportunities, such as roundtables, panels, and webinars.
- Providing top-tier customer service and administrative support to AR program areas or Faculty/clusters.
- Advising internal stakeholders on alumni participation in mentoring and careers programs.

You will also have:

- Relevant undergraduate qualifications or equivalent experience/education.
- Experience in program support and administration, including marketing, budget management, event delivery, implementation, and evaluation.
- Proficiency in digital platforms, data manipulation, and analysis as it relates to engagement program delivery.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
