**About the Role**
A new and exciting opportunity is available in our team as an Alumni and Stakeholder Relations Officer (MDHS), to help support and deliver the MDHS Alumni and Stakeholder Engagement program. Reporting to the Alumni & Stakeholder Relations Manager (MDHS), you will have the opportunity to utilise excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with alumni industry leaders, donors, and volunteers and help strengthen our MDHS alumni community.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in creating and executing MDHS-based alumni and stakeholder programs, in collaboration with Advancement and other shared service functions.
- Planning and delivering events and projects, including managing project documentation, budgeting, supplier sourcing, briefings, post-event reports, and evaluation.
- Providing communications support and briefings for key alumni initiatives and events across the faculty, including promotion of School and Department initiatives.

**Who we are looking for**
We are seeking a dynamic individual who possesses strong communications and project coordination skills, with a track record of success in a large, complex organisation. You will have experience in delivering engagement activities that achieve strategic goals and objectives through collaboration across all levels of the organization.

You will also have:

- Tertiary qualifications and experience in alumni or donor relations, project coordination, events, or administration, or an equivalent combination of relevant education/training and experience
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with experience working in a large, complex organisation.
- Experience in working with internal and external stakeholders or volunteers to effect positive outcomes and advance organisational objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills. Ability to liaise and influence people across all levels of the organisation and work effectively in a team of Advancement professionals.
