**About the Role**
Launch your career in a thriving environment Join our dynamic Advancement team as an Alumni Relations (AR) Support Officer. This role offers the chance to make a real impact, supporting the Director and program leads with strategic initiatives, alumni connections, and program delivery. Collaborate in a high-performing team to strengthen alumni relations and propel the University's engagement strategy forward.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Provide exceptional customer service in AR Shared Service, aligning with university's alumni strategy.
- Assist Director in operational planning and coordination of alumni communities.
- Collaborate with faculty clusters and shared services teams for alumni engagement.
- Manage global alumni engagement programs, events, and finances efficiently.

**Who we are looking for**

You will also have:

- Appropriate undergraduate qualification in a relevant discipline together with moderate experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Excellent skills in juggling competing tasks and deadlines, demonstrating sensitivity and strong relationship-building skills across diverse backgrounds.
