**Your Role**:As an Administration and Accounting professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include:
**Financial Management**: Assisting with accounts payable and receivable, tracking expenses, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.

**Administrative Support**: Managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, maintaining files and records, and providing general administrative support to the team.

**Data Analysis**: Analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making and business growth.

**Compliance**: Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and company policies, assisting with audits, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or administration roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
- Knowledge and or an understanding in accounting software MYOB
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 - 38 per week

**Salary**: $35,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Christmas bonus
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Milperra, NSW 2214: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
