Looking for a fast-paced and exciting role in admin? Look no further than our client We are currently seeking a talented Administrator to support our client in a permanent part-time admin role.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.

You will need to be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities required but not limited to:

  • Knowledge of childcare rebates and processes to assist families with payment of fees and enrolment (desirable but not required).
  • Demonstrated administration, organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Demonstrated numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Welldeveloped computer skills. Some account keeping knowledge is preferable.
  • Knowledge on Work, Health and Safety.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A genuine passion and enthusiasm for the industry
  • Be able to work with mínimal supervision and display a high level of initiative.
  • Have enthusiasm & commitment to the early childhood sector.
  • A positive, friendly and "can do" attitude.

**A current NSW Working With Children Check clearance is required to work with children.
