ABOUT THE ROLE
***This role would suit someone with high attention to detail with administration experience who enjoys reconciliation.

In this role your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Reconcile all trust accounts in accordance with Pickles policies and procedures
  • Investigate, identify and process all unidentified payments
  • Assist with processing payments from the Bank Statement when required
  • Process cleared funds from ANZ transactive current day transactions in accordance with Pickles policies and procedures
  • Ensure all Intertrust transfers are processed in accordance with key performance indicators
  • Ensure all cashbook enquiries are responded to promptly and in accordance with Pickles procedures and key performance indicators
  • Ensure that all compliance and governance as per Pickles policies and procedures are met
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Ensure all stakeholder expectations are met through timely and accurate completion of tasks Support internal departments to meet their objectives and administration requirements
