Position Overview:

We're seeking a dedicated individual for an on-site role to perform office admin tasks and assist the senior bookkeeper in accounts receivables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Checking picking slips and invoicing orders
• Making weekly reports using Excel (Freight reports, overdue payment reports)
• Managing inventory via our ERP (Jim
• Happen Business)
• Managing accounts receivables and following up overdue accounts
• Filing paperwork
• Answering incoming phone calls (not primary)
• Use Point of Sale Terminal for credit card payments

Salary:
From $55,000.00 per year
