**About the roles**

The Works and Field Services Branch are seeking expressions of interests to join our **Roads and Drainage teams**, undertaking scheduled and reactive maintenance, capital projects and ongoing improvements on our roads across the city.

General duties may include but are not limited to; pothole repairs, drainage maintenance, footpath maintenance, line marking, gravel roads maintenance, operating small plant equipment as well as heavy vehicles.

As part of the team, you will also be required to
- Provide excellent customer services for internal and external stakeholders
- Participating in development workshops and team planning
- Demonstrate high quality and standards of work
- Hold a current C Class licence or higher
- Hold an **MR** or **HR** Class licence
- Have relevant qualifications or experience in road maintenance or civil construction

Applicants may be required to be immunised against Q Fever or Tetanus, dependant on the role.

Applicants may be required to undertake respiratory fit testing. (You are required to be clean shaven for this test)

A Pre employment medical will be required for all roles (including Drug and Alcohol testing)
