Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a range of machinery and plant, including skid steer loaders, rollers, and tractors, to maintain road and drainage assets.
  • Participate in the development of team plans to ensure a cohesive and productive team environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in civil construction and a strong understanding of pavement maintenance principles.
  • Experience as a bobcat operator and a current Queensland MR Class drivers licence.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality work standards and a focus on safety.
  • General Construction Induction (white card) and any other relevant certifications.

About the Benefits

This is a permanent full-time position, LGE Level 4 - 6, with a salary commencing at $64,571, plus superannuation of up to 12.5%.
