Vendor Administrator

We are currently working with a Tier 1 mining client to find a
**Vendor Administrator** to join their busy procurement team based in the heart of the CBD.
This is a unique role reporting into the Procurement Manager and offers plenty of room for growth.
**Responsibilities of the role include**:
- Support vendor onboarding and supplier management
- Manage the creation of new vendors
- Management of delegation of authority for vendors.
- Work with Insurance and Risk team during review processes
- Identification and mitigation of risk
- Manage vendor prequalification process
- Contribute towards business improvement and support future projects
- Organisation of meetings, recording of minutes and distribution of minutes
- Co-ordinate and maintain the Procurement - webpage on the Company’s Intranet.
- Become a key and direct support for document management
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports and submissions
- Assist in the preparation of Monthly Reports
This role will play and key and critical support in the implementation of a new Supplier Management Tool.
