**Role Summary**:
Reporting to the Manager of Portfolio Commercial & Controls, the Administration Officer is a newly created opportunity based in our Perth CBD office. This role sits in our Future Energy business unit and will be providing administration support to the Renewable Delivery team as well as providing personal assistance to the Head of Renewable Delivery and the Manager of Portfolio Commercial & Controls.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Provide Future Energy Renewable Delivery team with administrative support.
- Interface with external stakeholders, service providers, contractors and subcontractors as required in relation to the portfolio of Renewable Delivery projects.
- Reconcile and lodge investigations with vendors, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other service providers and collaborate with accounts payable, buyers and vendor support.
- Coordinate the preparation of month-end financial accruals, prepayments, journals, reports, and expense reviews in relation to the budget for the team.
- Coordinate and assist with the preparation and submission of Monthly Reports including Board Reports, CEO Memos, and Ministerials.
- Raise purchase requisitions, purchase orders, service entry sheets, goods receipts, contractor engagement schedules and order PPE and complete other project management and portfolio administrative tasks.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative environment.
- Skilled in Word processing, spreadsheets and graphics, maintenance of filing system, document recording and excellent keyboard skills.
- Preferred Qualification in Business Administration
- Demonstrated experience in a similar administration role.
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software
