**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Office Coordinator is a varied and dynamic role, being the main point of contact for the office. This position is responsible for effectively managing the day to day running of the office.

Reporting to the Office Manager you will be responsible for the following duties:

- Front line customer service, meeting and greeting clients
- Office administration including answering telephones, coordination of meetings and responding to inquiries
- Assisting rehabilitation consultants with administrative aspects of their work
- Setting up referrals in the Case Manager system
- Entering and maintaining customer information within relevant databases
- Electronic filing and archiving
- Management of vehicles and supplies
- Keeping reception and meeting rooms clean and sanitised
- Organising accommodation and travel bookings

**ABOUT YOU**

Our Office Coordinator must have a positive and professional attitude and be able to demonstrate strong administration and organisational skills, be systems orientated and customer service focused.

**ESSENTIAL**:

- **Experience in Office Coordination, practice management or similar roles**:

- **Experience in database management or client management systems**:

- A positive disposition and enjoy being around people (and having fun)
- Demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work well both autonomously and part of a team
- Excellent communication, attention to detail and organisational skills
- Demonstrated commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- A willingness to learn, strong work ethic and an attention to detail
