Facilities Coordinator

BGIS is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Paddington, NSW .
The Facilities Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of facilities under our management. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing vendor relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, and servicing of facilities and equipment. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards. Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenditures, and contracts. Provide support to the facilities management team as needed.Requirements:
Australian citizenship is required. Previous experience in facilities management or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Valid driver's license. Must be able to pass a background check.Benefits:
