**BGIS **is seeking a **Facilities Coordinator **to join our team in **Paddington, NSW **.
The **Facilities Coordinator **will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of facilities under our management. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing vendor relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, and servicing of facilities and equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenditures, and contracts.
- Provide support to the facilities management team as needed.
**Requirements**:
- **Australian citizenship is required.**:
- Previous experience in facilities management or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
