The Opportunity:


In this 12 month fixed term contract parental leave cover position, you will provide high level support to two C-suite executives and other senior stakeholders.

In addition, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of 3-4 Corporate Office administrative staff.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Manage executives' diaries through coordination and scheduling of meetings and appointments
  • Manage executives' inboxes and prioritise action items
  • Assist with creation and preparation of meeting agendas, reports, presentations, letters and executive/departmental documents
  • Manage meeting minutes and actions
  • Collect and prepare information required for presentations and reports
  • Manage correspondence between Executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Manage expenses, credit card reconciliation and process invoices
  • Prepare and coordinate travel requirements and itinerary
  • Oversee front desk functions and processes by managing Receptionist and Office Coordinator's duties and responsibilities

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Five years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager in a medium to large organisation
  • Demonstrated experience working with Executive/Senior level stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating a small team
