Our client is made up of a small dynamic team of specialists who work together to provide audience measurement, marketing, policy, government relations and services to the members of the outdoor media sector.

As Office Coordinator you will work along side the CEO to support them in their day to day activities.
- Full inbox management including drafting and responding to correspondence on behalf of the CEO to a wide range of enquiries both internally and externally.
- Complex diary management across multiple time zones, arrangement of domestic and international travel.
- Meeting preparation and information gathering on behalf of the CEO.
- Arranging team and board meetings, including preparation of agenda, taking notes and distribution and follow up of action items.
- Handle various administrative tasks such as expense reporting, corporate communications, systems improvement and implementation, all while maintaining excellent speed and performance
- Foster seamless communication and collaboration within the CEO’s wider team, as well as with a variety of external market and business stakeholders
- Liaising with various stakeholders at all levels to achieve results.
- Arranging team offsites, meeting logistics, assisting with annual OMA conference attendance and OMA awards

This is an entry level role which will suit a marketing and media graduate who is looking to progress their career and learnings with an experienced team of leaders. If you are looking for a role that can help progress your role into marketing this is the one for you.
