**The Company**:
This not-for-profit company has an international presence and is expanding its Sydney office. The company specializes in promoting tourism and represents over 1000 local businesses, and are committed to advising both business and leisure travellers about must-see restaurants, hotels and more.

**The Role**:
Within this role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Delivering administrative support to the team, including calendar and diary management.
- Coordinating with facility and building management.
- Maintaining monthly budgets.
- Arranging team travel arrangements, including accommodation bookings.
- Keeping CRM databases up-to-date.
- Coordinating reports for monthly company budgets
- Assisting with company marketing.
- Managing external assets, such as web content and supply inventory.

To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to communicate effectively across various departments.
- Flexibility to work on a variable schedule (limited domestic/international travel may be required).
- Experience in an office environment in an administrative, coordination, or assistant capacity.
- Some exposure to marketing is highly desirable.
- Full working rights in Australia
- Possession of a full and valid driver's license.
