**What is unique about you?**:
This growing organisation is looking for an office coordinator to manage the end-to-end responsibilities of making sure the office is up and running and always efficient. Being the go-to person for everybody in the office involves having impeccable organisation and prioritisation skills. Having strong Microsoft Office skills will be beneficial to allow you to create visually stimulating PowerPoints, detailed and clear reports, and accurate spreadsheets for the team and Executives when necessary. You will be a people person who loves effective communication, who is able to build strong relationships across the board and who genuinely loves engaging with people

**A snapshot of your role**:

- Ensure the smooth running of the office by managing calendars and booking appointments and meetings when necessary
- Provide ad-hoc support for the entire team and troubleshoot IT issues when needed
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders with excellent communication skills to maximise efficiency
- Plan and coordinate events for the team including team dinners and board meetings
- Manage expenses and account reconciliation
