Marketing Manager

**THE ROLE**:
We are looking for an innovative Marketing Manager to help develop and execute creative campaigns and strategies that will drive the success of our studio. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the needs of the business and clients. You will be a leader in the development of programs, campaigns and products that promote our studio to new and existing audiences. Through collaborating with our creative team, you will be able to implement comprehensive strategies.
**Key Accountabilities**:
Contribute strongly to the sales, development, and profit growth of the business through the successful implementation and execution of;
- Robust marketing plans and all included key initiatives.
- Generating viable new approaches and solutions to identified marketing challenges
- Manage and update the website and social media pages, including the development of an in-depth social media 12-month plan.
- Support sales campaigns through marketing activations targeted at specific demographics with new and existing portfolio packages.
- Drive cross-promotional activities with business partnerships
- Brief and manage the process for any artwork, graphic design and POS requirements. Ensure incorporation of agreed brand guidelines
- Provide insights and research into relevant competitor businesses where possible.
- Create processes to ensure schedules and budget commitments are met
- Ability to identify and capture partnership opportunities that promote organisational objectives.
- Analyse and enhance social media engagement and presence
**Key Competencies**:
- Educated to degree level.
- Well-developed experience in digital marketing and business development.
- Strategic planning including product and pricing growth initiatives.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- High-level project management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Highly developed computer skills and well-developed knowledge of Microsoft suite of products.
- Outstanding relationship builder with the ability to manage conflict.

- Have a good working relationship with senior management to ensure constant flow of appropriate new ideas and initiatives.
- Work with the graphic designer to develop ideas and collateral for promotions, packages and advertising.
- Strong background in digital advertising/social media/content creation including running and tracking campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

**Education**:
- Business and Commerce (Bachelor’s degree) or
- Business Administration (Bachelor’s degree) or
- Communications (Bachelor’s degree)
- (or equivalent Bachelor’s degree)_
