**What You'll Do**:

- Design, implement, and manage high-performance advertising campaigns across Facebook, Google Ads, and TikTok.
- Analyze campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and optimize strategies to boost ROI.
- Work closely with our creative and marketing teams to develop compelling ad content and strategies.
- Stay current with industry trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies to keep our strategies cutting-edge.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Extensive hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok advertising.
- **Certifications**: Preferred certifications in Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- **Proven Track Record**: Demonstrable success in managing and optimizing ad campaigns, with strong case studies or metrics to showcase.
- **SEO Knowledge**: Understanding of SEO principles and how they intersect with paid media strategies is a plus.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical abilities with a knack for interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.
- **Creative Flair**: Ability to collaborate on creative ad content and strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

Pay: $52,608.86 - $115,019.60 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
