Rogue Royalty specializes in premium quality dog gear, accessories, and raw pet nutrition(RogueRaw). We have a retail showroom and a world wide customer following so we are looking for a switched on invidual who can help us bring it all together.

Our customers are passionate dog lovers, so if you are a people person who genuinely enjoys helping our customers and you want to work in the booming pet industry, this is for you.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior managment oversee to day running of the business and other employees.
- Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.
- Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and profit-margins.
- Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
- Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
- Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.
- Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints.
- Motivating employees to achieve targets.
- Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree or tertiary education in business administration, financial management, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in a supervisory capacity at a retail store, or similar.
- Extensive experience with preparing budgets, and financial and expense reports.
- In-depth knowledge of product and consumer trends, and marketing strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.

**Skills**
- Comfortable working with social media, Canva and Shopify websites is highly regarded
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with applicable labor laws, and retail health and safety standards.

**Salary**: $53,208.86 - $78,465.77 per year

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
