**your opportunity**

Based at Milton and working with the Virtual Services leadership team, this role has responsibility for providing quality administrative and management support to support business plans and objectives. You will work closely with the leadership team as well as the wider virtual services team nationally.
- Your role will include:

- Provide a full range of operational support services to the Virtual Services team including maintaining facilities in conjunction with the property team, coordinating site based projects and lodge and follow processes with **yourtown’s** Quality Information System
- Produce documents required for meetings, reports or operations
- Provide effective financial, contract and records management support for Virtual Services
- Document management including creation, review and filing
- Coordinate contractual reporting
- Maintain a register of community contacts and be the first point of contact for any Virtual Services Queensland queries and respond to requests for information
- Coordinate site operational and safety requirements including parking, facilities management, kitchen and stationery supplies
- Coordinate travel and management tasks
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing communication
- Work collaboratively with other support personnel across a range of sites

**what we are looking for**

You will have at least 3 years’ experience providing administration support at a management level. Your time management and organisational skills will allow you to achieve deadlines in an environment of multiple competing priorities. Communication and professional presentation are vital for this role and you will possess the ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with a wide range of staff.
- You will bring:

- passion, commitment and belief in young people
- proficient office management skills including the ability to analyse issues and adopt a proactive attitude
- ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision as well as collaboratively with others
- skills in formatting and presenting documentation for internal and external publication
- high proficiency in MS Office, content management software and invoicing and credit card reconciliation
- willingness to take on any task as required
