- **Implementing efficient and innovative talent acquisition services in line with industry best practices.****:

- **Collaborating to create and execute employee engagement strategies that enhance workplace culture and bolster satisfaction and retention rates.****:

- **Executing effective workforce development processes and initiatives to enhance capability, foster growth, and facilitate succession planning.****:

- **Gathering and analysing data to guide talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce capability enhancement within our social enterprises.**

**About You**

- **Tertiary qualification in human resources, organisational behaviour, or a related discipline.****:

- **Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar or HR generalist role.****:

- **Proficient in supporting leaders throughout the employee lifecycle with demonstrated success in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce capability development.****:

- **Proficient in researching and evaluating contemporary HR practices, and adept at analysing data to develop innovative solutions and influence informed decision making.***
