- Prompt and accurate creation of new employee records in ConnX (HRIS), ensuring compliance with policies and procedures and providing support to managers during the process.
- Guiding managers on the correct submission of employee records in ConnX (including template letters and system forms).
- Ensuring organisational structures and team member records are up to date in Learnbook (LMS) and RMSS (Risk & Compliance) systems.
- Ensuring system manuals and training documentation are relevant, up to date and user friendly.
- Facilitate ad-hoc systems training for managers and/or team members (groups or individual) either face to face or online.

**About you...**
- Qualification in business, systems, human resources or a relevant discipline advantageous but not essential.
- At least 2 years' experience working in similar high volume systems role
- Proven systems and compliance knowledge and high computer literacy (Office 365 suite - Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- High level written communication skills with an ability to make sound recommendations on enhancing system performance.
- Proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to be flexible, remain calm and positive during periods of high volume.
