**Role Overview**:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Manager to join its team. This role is pivotal in managing and expanding client accounts, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring seamless client experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing and growing client accounts through proactive communication and relationship building.
- Identifying and capitalizing on upselling opportunities to increase sales volume and revenue.
- Ensuring seamless client experiences by managing expectations and facilitating smooth transitions from sales order to product delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the promotional products or related industry.
- Strong background in account management with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills and strategic thinking abilities.
