An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Venues and Events team at Yarra City Council. Bring your substantial event planning and leadership experience, high initiative and can-do attitude and enjoy a dynamic and exciting workplace where every day is different.

We believe success comes from developing individuals and encouraging teamwork. Highly developed organisation and communication skills and the ability to collaborate and connect with a wide range of people from all backgrounds will be required.
- Oversee all internal and external venue bookings and event administration for the Venues and Events Unit.
- Maintain the booking and event management systems and databases, monitor post-event reports and feedback and provide information and data as required.
- Develop and implement service strategies, systems, policies, processes and standards.
- Play a leading role in championing teamwork, constructive culture and open communication within the team and across the organisation.
