What will you be doing?

As a Change Manager with Chamonix, you will be responsible for developing change management strategies and plans for our clients. You will facilitate the effective implementation for our clients to ensure that uncertainty is reduce and maximise the positive experience of change.

How will you help contribute to our success?

Lead and manage the change process, ensuring successful adoption and integration of new IT solutions and technologies.

Effectively facilitate workshops to enable consultation with stakeholder to develop and implement change management plans

Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations, and develop strategies to address them throughout the change journey.

Develop clear and effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. Design and deliver training programs to facilitate the adoption of new IT systems.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions during the change process.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to change initiatives, ensuring clarity and transparency for all stakeholders.

Establish metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate the success of change initiatives. Analyse results and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management with large complex organisations, with a focus on IT projects and solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Organisational Psychology or a related field. Change management certifications (e.g., Prosci) are highly desirable.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and able to adapt quickly to changes in project scope and requirements.

Working knowledge of agile human centred design methodologies such as design thinking and behavioural science
