**The Organisation**

Our client is an Australian independently owned provider of residential aged care. Their excellent business model sets them apart, prioritising resident choice and decision making whilst providing the highest quality care and services.

**The Opportunity**

Reporting and partnering with the Head of People and Culture, the People and Culture Business Partner will provide service in the context of a business partner model to support the achievement of business objectives. Focus will be on the development and implementation of People and Culture strategies, frameworks, policies, processes and practices.

**To Be Successful**
- Comprehensive understanding of strategic plans and complex operating environments.
- Identification and diagnoses of business objectives and issues and translating them into People and Culture actions and solutions.
- Supporting the business in the areas of coaching, guiding, providing advice and assistance on best practice people management.
- Developing policies, procedures, guidelines and user guides in the context of continuous improvement.
- Exposure to performance management and change management initiatives across businesses.
- Solid industrial relations advice and management, including Fair Work, Unions, and so on.
- Involvement in the implementation of a range of frameworks and strategies, including, but not limited to, Reward and Recognition, Equity and Diversity and Performance Development.
- Working in partnership with team members to undertake internal audits and/or Accreditation requirements.
- Preparing and collating HR data and analytics reporting, as required, including accreditations and compliance reporting.

Knowledge, skills and experience requirements:

- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in a collaborative and partnering manner.
- Regular travel between sites across the greater Sydney area.
- Professional written and oral communication skills.
- Highly developed problem-solving skills with the ability to operate autonomously, under broad direction, with a high level of initiative and judgement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or related field
