We are looking for a** part-time** HR Administrator to join our global People and Culture Team. Based in Perth and reporting to the Head of HR, this is a **7 month contract position** will be responsible for HR administration responsibilities across the APAC region. **This position requires 25 hours per week availability across Monday to Friday, with capacity to be available 5 days per week on a flexible basis.**

**What will you be responsible for?**
- Maintaining employee records in HRIS
- Liaising with Payroll Teams across UK and APAC
- Act as a SME in HRIS (BambooHR)
- Manage the on-boarding process including online induction schedules, new starter forms and other on-boarding activities (preparation of new starter kits, uniforms provision of payroll documentation)
- Review and write employment contracts, offer letters, probation confirmation and other correspondence relating to employment matters (eg background checks, mobilisation requirements)
- Assist in project planning, report writing, business planning initiatives and draft employee policies
- Assist with employee experience communications (eg staff introductions, surveys, P&C communications)
- Understanding of the employee life-cycle
- Generalist administration experience with high attention to detail
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to build rapport and credibility quickly with a variety of internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated reliability to complete tasks/projects by deadlines
- Able to work independently and as a member of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks on a daily basis
- Bachelor degree in related field such as HR, Org Psychology, Business Administration (desirable)
