We are seeking an experienced and versatile HR administrator to join our team. This role will involve managing various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and general office management and administration.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment and Onboarding**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

**Employee Relations**
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on company HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary.

**HR Administration**
- Maintain accurate HR records and documents
- Prepare HR-related reports and metrics as required by local authorities
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
