Junior HR Administrator required to join a large mining company

**Your new role**
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining employee records and databases
- Processing payroll, leave, and benefits
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training
- Handling employee queries and requests
- Preparing reports and documents
- Coordinating meetings and event
- Data entry
- Assist with recruitment from time-to-time
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this role, you will have the following:
- Strong administrative skills
- Experienced with the following systems; Job Adder, Employment hero, MS 365 and SharePooint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive and Professional attitude
- Be prepared to do the basic administrative tasks
