**About the role**:
We are currently seeking a **Human Resources Administrator** to join our People & Safety team. This is a 10 month contract full-time Monday to Friday opportunity based at our Head Office in West Perth. Immediate start available.
It is a highly diverse role, assisting with all operational aspects of Human Resources across our dealerships in Western Australia. In collaboration with our team, you will be responsible for following through all stages of employment, from on-boarding to terminations. This includes administrative support for recruitment, assisting HR Business Partners and Dealership Management as well as any general inquiries from our employees. You will also look after the apprenticeship space which includes acting as a liaison between training and apprentice support organisations, our dealerships and apprentices throughout all phases of achieving a mechanical qualification.
**Duties will include**:
Recruitment:
- Drafting and posting ads on various advertising platforms
- Forwarding any new job applicants to the appropriate parties
- Assisting Dealership Management with on-boarding processes
Apprentices:
- Arranging apprenticeship contracts, training plans and completion agreements
- Forwarding any relevant communication from apprenticeship training and support organisations to the appropriate parties
- Lodging incentive claims, recording payments and liaising with the Finance Team
General HR:
- Processing employee transfers between dealerships incl. generating employment agreements and other documentation as required
- Liaising with Payroll Team to resolve any queries
- Assisting Dealership Management with day-to-day HR operations and software systems (incl. EnableHR, Kronos and Chris21)
- Following required record keeping procedures
- Maintaining data integrity across relevant Spread Sheets and Software files
- Manage Group Inboxes
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks and office support as required
Administration:
- Maintain levels of office consumables
- Greet everyone coming into the building
**About you**:
We are looking for a friendly and motivated individual with a strong administrative background and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. If you are comfortable with communicating with a range of stakeholders, have a passion for multi-tasking, various administrative and computer systems, this may be the role for you
**Ideally you will possess**:
- Excellent organisational skills and time management
- Proficient IT and Microsoft Suite skills
- Extensive administrative and data entry experience in high volume environments
- Knowledge of or experience in apprentice-based environments will be highly regarded
- Willingness to ‘chip in’ and contribute to successful running of the People & Safety Department
- Prior experience in Human Resources Administration will be highly regarded
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
