**The Payroll & HR Admin role is responsible for assisting with day-to-day Payroll and HR operations. This role will be required to do the fortnightly payroll from start to finish and support the Human Resources Operations Executive to ensure that all the Payroll/HR needs of the Group are met and are aligned with the Group’s business strategies and culture.**

**Main responsibilities**:
**Payroll, Benefits & HRIS**
- **Actively contribute towards achieving high performance payroll by focusing on maintaining up-to-date, accurate and timely data in our HR Systems**
- **Perform fortnightly payroll in the Definitiv Payroll system**
- **Ensure alignment to internal controls, standards and procedures**
- **Ensure all queries and data management requirements are managed on time, accurately and within the defined service level definitions**
- **Develop supportive relationships with others within the HR Function and the Line Leaders**
- **Demonstrate and promote operational discipline when executing day-to-day activities**
- **Assist with system testing as required**
- **Contribute to maintain a culture of innovation, learning and development and continuous improvement**
- **Highlight improvement initiatives in existing processes, practices and systems**
- **Assist in the creation and maintenance of quick reference guidelines (QRGs)**
- **Provide assistance with internal and external audit requirements**

**Business Partnership**
- **Build a trusted and collaborative relationship with the HR and Team in Liftrite Hire & Sales**
- **Assist the HR Business Partner and business leaders, support the execution of the HR strategies to drive business results and enhance Group culture**
- **Assist in the deployment of Liftrite/Manitou Employer Branding and any efficient local initiatives to attract talents.**

**Learning & Talent Development**
- **Support the deployment of strategies and initiatives to drive talent management & development aligned with the Group People Development Policy and sustains a variety of organizational-wide learning experiences (e.g., formal classroom and virtual learning, experiential tactics, mentoring programs, etc.)**
- **Assist with driving talent processes such as Organizational Performance Review, coaching, mentoring, training plans, and performance management for MAS & MYY**

**Employee relations and administration**
- **Communicate Group policies, practices and procedures to employees in Liftrite in a manner that is clear and engaging, easy to follow.**
- **Strong understanding of legislation, taxation, and Superannuation as they relate to payroll processing**
- **Excellent interpersonal and communication skills**

**HSE**
- **Assist in ensuing the development of the health, safety and environmental culture in Liftrite Hire & Sales.**

**Ad-hoc projects**
- **Will be assigned any ad-hoc project pertaining to Payroll and Human Resources.
