**SUMMARY OF THE ROLE**
Our administrative teams play a critical role in the smooth running of our business. With complex and challenging projects being tackled every day, we need people who are skilled in making sure the right information is available in the right place and at the right time.
Mammoet are currently seeking a HR Administrator who is experienced in performing routine administrative activity to maintain effective function of the HR and Recruitment Team.
**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Organising training requirements with external parties for new on boarders
- Supporting onboarding requirements including setting up inductions
- Ordering and issuing PPE
- Monitoring and following up on hiring compliance requirements
- Helping with the wider team's with general admin
**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
- Previous admin experience, preferably within the HR, Recruitment or Mobilization space
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and think ahead
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- To be a natural team player
