Sydney, Australia Domain Group Full time

Who We Are
We’re working to shine a light on all things property. Our business is built around connecting the steps throughout the property journey to create a better experience for people. We call it the property marketplace, and it’s driven by our data.

About the Role
This is a 12-month contract position where you’ll play a vital role in shaping Domain’s internal communications. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Internal Communications Specialist who’s ready to dive in and help build a program that drives employee engagement, connects our people to Domain’s strategy and goals, and makes keeping up with internal news fun and exciting

This role sits within our Corporate Communications, PR, and ESG team, where you’ll co-create and drive our internal communications program. You’ll bring to life what’s happening across the business, regularly sharing news and information with employees in an engaging, accessible way.

Key Responsibilities
- Ideate & Create: Work with various teams to identify and create engaging content, from videos and newsletters to articles and digital assets, that keeps our people informed and inspired.
- Collaborate & Co-create: Build strong relationships across teams—marketing, people experience, leadership—and align communications with our key goals and messages.
- Run Events: Help manage internal events like Town Halls, ensuring everything runs smoothly and creating an engaging experience for both in-office and virtual attendees.
- Keep It Fresh: Regularly update our intranet with fun, relevant content that brings our strategy, goals, and successes to life.
- Champion Our Brand: Help reinforce Domain’s brand platform with cohesive, exciting communications that resonate with our people.
- Manage LinkedIn: Take charge of executing the Domain Group LinkedIn program, helping amplify our brand story.
- Measure & Improve: Prepare monthly reports on internal communications metrics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our approach.

What We’re Looking For
If you have 2-5 years of experience in internal communications, a knack for creative storytelling, and a collaborative spirit, you might be just who we’re looking for. We need someone who loves bringing ideas to life, enjoys working with different teams, and is passionate about making Domain a great place to work.

Why Join Us
We’re the right size business for you to make a real impact, with a workplace culture where you can be you. Perks of the role include:

- Discover your ideal work-life balance with our approach to flexibility
- First-rate parental leave and wellbeing policies
- Access to Perkbox, giving you discounts across healthcare, entertainment, food, utilities, and more
- Continuous opportunities to leap, learn, and grow

We don’t just talk, we do. Every day we solve property problems for Australians and beyond. We encourage our people to see the possibilities and turn them into realities. That’s why we want you.

Who You’ll Work With
You’ll join a vibrant team of innovators—doers, creators, and thinkers—turning property possibilities into reality. We’re coding, building, and designing solutions that are revolutionizing a sector Australians deeply care about.
