**About the Role**

The Communication Specialist role is responsible for developing and delivering best-in-class internal and external communication materials to support enterprise change, people, customer and project initiatives.

In this role, you will work in collaboration with a supportive team of communication professionals and business specialists to deliver innovative campaigns that support business objectives and make it easier for the people we serve to interact with us.

**Duties**

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; in this role, you will:

- Get creative and develop innovative content and communication materials across channels including videos, brochures, newsletters, website, and internal communications.
- Help people understand more about icare by developing compelling communication strategies, collateral and messages to key audiences.
- Be a brand champion and ensure all communications support icare’s brand and communication guidelines and tone of voice.
- Provide expert advice on communications, ensuring our approach is the best choice for the audience and meets our business goals.
- Use data to ensure we are hitting the mark - measuring and analysing the success of your campaigns and pivoting if, and when, you need to.
- Be a team player and assist with organising events, webinars, and other communication initiatives.

**Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing or a related field.
- Must have at least 5 years of recent experience working in similar communication roles.
- Proven ability to provide expert advice in relation to communication approach and initiatives to support business goals.
- Proficient in content management systems and communication tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, strong stakeholder and project management skills.
- Self-driven, team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is keen to learn and develop their skills.
