Working as a Finance Broker with Stratton Finance, you will be joining a diverse team of Brokers in an experience Asset Finance Brokerage. In this role, you will be assisting customers from your established network of introducers, referrals & our direct customer enquiries, to obtain finance from our extensive panel of lenders. You will have a customer centric approach to sales, servicing dynamic finance inquiries including vehicles, leisure, equipment, personal loans and more. Additional responsibilities include:

- Prepare for success by prioritising and multitasking to ensure timely and quality handling of all customer enquiries
- Be the first point of contact for new finance enquiries via phone, online & referral
- Be an expert in finance lending options to provide customers the best solution from our extensive lender panel
- Be the MVP between multiple stakeholders including lenders, vehicle sellers, settlements to facilitate a smooth customer experience

**To be successful in the role, you will have**:

- Prior experience as a Finance Broker or a similar financial services sales position, or similar, with a strong market network and/or businesses referrer network, preferred
- Business Development Mindset - Always looking for opportunities to grow & maintain your business through new referral partnerships & introducers
- A drive towards achieving results
- A seasoned pro who continuously seeks to exceed results and setting a new bar
- Resilient & positive attitude - Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and overcome challenges while maintaining customer centric outcomes.
